Chinatown is a great option for someone who is new to the city. Culturally rich and vibrant, it is very close to Prince Island Park. Good to have the Bow River Pathway closeby for an evening walk! It's close to many company offices situated in downtown and very close to the CTrain station. Other perks: lots of food options and cafes that you get enjoy while living in the heart of downtown. One challenge I find among the residents is the parking, considering it is a core downtown neighbourhood.
